1. Analizamos individualmente de los puntos fuertes y de mejora de los miembros del equipo directivo y, con la evaluación de su potencial, desarrollamos programas individuales de coaching.

2. Trabajamos en equipo a través de un Programa de Formación en Liderazgo y Supervisión Efectiva para dotarles de las competencias necesarias para asumir de manera eficaz su rol como responsables de un equipo y conducirlo hacia el desempeño eficaz, incentivando el compromiso, la comunicación y la toma de decisiones.

3. Por otra parte, desarrollamos Jornadas de Team Building para motivar y cohesionar al equipo técnico y operativo, donde pusimos en práctica retos y casos indoor y outdoor con los que aprendieron las ventajas del trabajo en equipo.
